Word, WhatsApp and Excel, or one platform?

An honest, job-by-job look at how a coaching class's week changes.

A typical week

The same work, with fewer tools

Most coaching classes already run on Word, a pendrive of old papers, WhatsApp groups and an Excel sheet. Here is what changes job by job.

Fee follow-upExcel sheet and personal reminder calls.Installments, GST invoices, online payment and automatic WhatsApp/email reminders.
AttendanceRegister, then typed into Excel at month end.Mark on the phone or by QR check-in; parents are alerted on absence.
Admission enquiriesNumbers in a notebook; follow-ups forgotten in the busy season.Every enquiry in one list with stage, next follow-up date and call notes.
Honest limits

When the old way is still fine

  • If you teach fewer than 15 students and test them rarely, Word and WhatsApp may be all you need. The free plan is there if that changes.
  • Online tests need students to have a phone or computer. Offline papers and answer keys work without it.
  • Moving existing student and fee records takes some setup time. Ask us about help during onboarding.
