A platform that gives coaching institutes, schools and individual educators their own branded app and website, backed by a curriculum-aligned question bank, paper generator, LMS, fees, attendance and more.
Who is it for?
Schools, coaching institutes, tuition classes and individual online educators who want to run their teaching business under their own brand, plus the teachers and students inside each institute.
Is there a mobile app?
The web platform works in the browser on any phone or computer. Institutes on the Branded Enterprise plan can request their own branded Android app; the timeline is agreed at onboarding.

Who owns our data?
You own your student, fee and attendance data. We do not sell or share it with other institutes.
Can we use our own question bank?
Yes. Institutes can add institute-owned questions and import question papers from Word documents, alongside the shared curriculum-aligned question bank.
What happens if we discontinue?
You can export your data and stop the subscription at any time; there is no long-term lock-in contract.
Do you support regional languages?
Yes, including Marathi, alongside English and Hindi content where available.
How does pricing work?
Plans are priced per month (or per year at a discount) based on your student capacity and feature needs — see the pricing section below.
Do you provide training?
Yes, onboarding includes a setup call and guided training for your admin team.
How much can we customize?
Branding (logo, colours, domain) and the feature set on your plan are customizable; deep code-level customization is handled case by case.
How long does launch take?
Most institutes go live within 6-10 days of the onboarding call, depending on how quickly branding assets are shared.

Is it free to start?
Yes. The free plan lets you generate up to 10 question papers a day for up to 10 students, with full access to the question bank. Papers carry BrandMyInstitute branding and watermark. You also get 2 answer keys a day; A/B sets, solutions PDFs and your own branding come with paid plans.
Which exams and boards are covered?
The question bank spans 420+ standards: School boards (KG to Class 12, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards), National Engineering & Medical (JEE Main/Adv, NEET, MHT-CET, KCET, WBJEE, GUJCET, EAMCET), Study Abroad (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT), Higher Sciences & Research (CSIR NET, IIT JAM), Teacher Eligibility (CTET, State TETs), Defence & Police (UPSC CAPF AC, SSC CPO SI, NDA, CDS), Banking & Finance (NISM, CFA, JAIIB/CAIIB, IBPS), and Civil Services / State PSCs.
Do you support regional languages like Marathi?
Yes, we support content in Marathi and Hindi alongside English, where available for a given standard and subject.
Can I use my own questions?
Yes. You can import your own questions from Word documents, and they are added as institute-owned questions you can reuse in any paper.
Can I download the paper as a PDF?
Yes, every generated paper can be downloaded as a branded PDF with your institute's header, logo and footer text.
What does the watermark on free papers look like?
Free-plan papers carry a platform watermark and footer. Upgrading to a paid plan removes it and replaces it with your own branding.
Can students attempt the paper online?
Yes. Any paper can be scheduled as an online test, and students attempt it from their phone or computer with instant scoring.
Is there a mobile app?
Teachers and institutes use the web platform, which works in the browser on any phone or computer. Institutes on the Branded Enterprise plan can request their own branded Android app.

How do I join my institute on the platform?
Sign up, search for your institute by name, and send a join request. Once your institute approves it, you get access to its tests, practice content and study material.
Is practice free for students?
Yes, practicing from the question bank and attempting online tests assigned by your institute is free for students.
Can I see which topics I'm weak in?
Yes. After you attempt tests, the platform tracks your accuracy by chapter and topic and surfaces the ones you should revise.
Can I ask doubts if I'm stuck on a question?
Yes, if your institute uses the doubts feature, you can raise a doubt and a teacher from your institute will reply.
Can I watch recorded videos or join live classes?
If your institute has uploaded study material, videos or scheduled live classes, you can access them from your institute's app or website.
Which exams and boards can I practice for?
Over 420 exams and boards: K-12 school boards, JEE, NEET, State CETs (KCET, MHT-CET, WBJEE), Study Abroad tests (IELTS, GRE, SAT), CSIR NET, IIT JAM, CUET, Defence, Banking and State PSCs, based on your institute's enrolled courses.
Is there a student app?
The platform works in the browser on any phone or computer, with nothing to install. If your institute has its own branded app, you can use that too.

Institute plans are priced per month (or per year at a discount) based on student capacity and feature needs. Teachers can generate papers for free, with limits on daily papers, student count and branding that are lifted on paid plans.
